Let's see...a lot has happened actually..well i dunno, depends what you call alot. Actually maybe not, it probably just seems like a lot since I temporarily have no job until work calls me in again [next wk they said...let's see if they're true to their words]. Let's see, what's been happening...
- Me and Kitty hanging out aka Wii shopping [we were luckily able to get one at DJ's Garden City after someone at Big W said that QLD, NSW, ACT and some other place were sold out] and grocery shopping: This was the first time I've seen kitty since she got back from HK (which was two days before). It felt so good to see her again, it was even more great that I was able to hang out with her 1on1. I got to see her new house...and omgosh it's soo nice! I'm so envious!! We were in the car quite a bit actually..driving to and fro places. We still managed to get everything done in the end though. We even managed to scare the shit out of each other by telling each other ghost stories on that really dark scary road back to my house. I was scared shitless when I got home because no one was home yet. I went to the computer room to turn on the light and I forgot that it was almost dying...so it was fully blinking and the first thought that came to my mind was the scene from The Grudge where the scary chic comes out from the tv screen and onto the ground. I was fully freaking out. I was put at ease when Dave came over to make sure I wouldn't turn delirious! Thanks to my gurkie for the great catch up and also the transporation hehe...i'll pay u back when I get my own car [sometime this yr i hope].
- Kitty's Wii Night - This just happened the day after me and Kitty hung out. This was the night primarily for 3 things [i think anyway]. 1. To show everyone her lovely new house..aka house warming, 2. To play Wii~ 3. TO acknowledge to everyone that she is now in Brisbane hehe. I felt quite proud of myself of actually drving to her place with Dave, Tony and Chi in the car and got everyone there in one piece. That is like the farest I have driven so far so i was scared and paranoid that I was gonna do something wrong. It was pretty good night of hanging out, having a BBQ [cheers to Tony and Dave for being the chefs for the night], playing Wii/Mah Jong/Tekken/Cards/Poker/Yahtzee [thanks to GY for introducing me and Chi to it..it's a pretty funny game] and sleeping over. I unfortunately felt nauseous in the duration of the night but I got all better. Thanks to Dave and Kitty for nursing me when I felt sick [while everyone else just played their games downstairs...u uncaring ppl! jkjk!!! haha] , and also to Andy G who joined us 3 to check up/chat about the most random things while he was still being given a tour of Kitty's house. Me, Dave and Tony slept in the guest room, Jeann and Kitty slept in her room, both Angies and Chi stayed up til 8:30am [seriously won't be healthy for u lol], GY and Andy crashed in the upstairs living room. Me and Dave cleaned up Kitty's kitchen/living room area a bit and then we headed off to Dave's place to rest up and to do a few of his errands.
Well what do u know...it was only those 2 things...haha, well it seemed like a lot. I guess because I had a lot of things in my mind recently that it seems like alot has happened.
Well there's over a month of hols left to go until it's back to uni...so hopefully I'll be occupied with the following events.
- Me and Dave's 8 Months Anniversary
- Jeann's 19th Bday dinner
- Tiff's 20th bday celebration [dunno what's happening]
- Badminton and Bball @ UQ
- Quinton's 21st Bday celebration [u ass...who told u to live in Boondall! hahaha]
- CNY celebration - hosted by Angie S
- Val's day!
- Market Day
- Back to uni!
And between all this, I'm hoping that work will be re-commencing soon! Time will tell hey...
